Adopt-A-Beast's Nathalie Grassi with 50/50 Raffle winner Max.
Adopt-A-Beast’s 50/50 Raffle was drawn at the Gracemere Hotel on Saturday, 5 February and a great evening was held by all.
Founder Nathalie Grassi said lucky winner Max walked away with half the funds raised on the night.
“The idea of a 50/50 raffle is that half the money raised goes to the winner and other half goes to Adopt-A-Beast,” she said.
“Max was such a down to earth bloke and we all had fun night.
“A huge thank you to the staff at the Gracemere Hotel for their support.
The Adopt-a-Beast team is busy preparing for their our Mother’s Day raffle.
Founded after the Julia Creek floods in 2019, Adopt-A-Beast is a non-profit organisation aimed at helping farmers restock and replenish herds during times of natural disasters.
